We have a zero tolerance policy against people who are abusive to HWRC staff - you will be asked to leave and may be barred from the site.

Your booking will be for a half hour slot - for example, 8am to 8:30am. Please be on time for the start of the slot (for example, 8am) and make sure you leave by the end of the slot (for example, 8:30am).

Cars, vans, and trailers are allowed at the HWRC. You must book an appointment online before you come to the site or you will not be allowed in. No commercial vehicles - including 'flat back' vans or wagons, and / or vans towing trailers - are allowed.

Children must stay in their vehicle at all times.

Please note that residents are restricted to 1 visit per day, a maximum of 3 visits per week, and a maximum of 26 visits per year. Vans are restricted to a maximum of 13 visits per year.
