For both bulky waste and premium bulky waste collections, we'll give you a collection date, and advice about how to present your items for collection. For safety reasons, if you're getting glass collected, it must be taped, bubble-wrapped, or smashed up and placed in a box which is securely taped up.

We'll collect items from an easily accessible point, closest to the outside of your property. Our teams can't enter your home to remove, or help to remove, items. Please make sure the items are placed at the collection point before 7am on the day of collection.

Please note, we have to make separate collections for electrical and non-electrical items due to environmental legislation.
