The Stainsby country park and masterplan design code sets the design standards for a country park alongside new community facilities, sports facilities, and play areas, as well as hundreds of new homes. The design code was adopted on 7 June 2022.
The development brief for Hemlington Grange South provides guidelines on the key layout principles, type of housing, and quality of development which we'll be seeking in the development of this site. The development brief was adopted on 18 October 2020.
The Brackenhoe design and development guidance sets out the main planning requirements which development proposals will be expected to meet. The development guidance was adopted in November 2018.
