Purpose

A partnership which will oversee the creation and implementation of the Nunthorpe Infrastructure Plan (commitment 17 of the Nunthorpe Nineteen Commitments).

Objective

The group will look to create and implement a Nunthorpe Infrastructure Plan. The plan will cover major infrastructure, including improvements to public transport, roads, footpaths, cycleways, bridleways, parks, and playing fields.

Membership

The Infrastructure Group will be formed by a sub-group of members from the Nunthorpe Vision Group.

Core members include:

Nunthorpe Parish Council Chair

Nunthorpe Community Council Chair

Middlesbrough Council officers as needed for agenda items

subject specialists, invited by the Chairs of Nunthorpe Parish Council/Nunthorpe Community Council, as needed for agenda items

Mayor of Middlesbrough

Executive Member for Regeneration

Member of Parliament

ward Councillors

1 additional Nunthorpe Parish Council member

1 additional Nunthorpe Community Council member
