Marton East Neighbourhood Plan

Application to establish a Neighbourhood Area and Forum in Marton East ward

Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, local planning authorities can designate Neighbourhood Areas and Forums. Community groups can apply to the council to have their neighbourhood designated as a Neighbourhood Area, and to set up a Neighbourhood Forum. This is the first step in preparing a Neighbourhood Plan.

We've received two applications from residents in the Marton East ward to:

  1. Establish a Neighbourhood Area in Marton East
  2. Set up the Marton East Neighbourhood Forum, relating to the proposed Neighbourhood Area
