Coulby Newham Neighbourhood Area and Forum
Approved on 27 April 2022
Under the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Middlesbrough Council approved the applications for Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum status on 27 April 2022. The newly-designated area will be known as the Coulby Newham Neighbourhood Area.

As part of the application process, the prospective Forum members have submitted the relevant application forms, a statement outlining their aims and objectives, a constitution, and a map showing the proposed Neighbourhood Area. All of these documents are available to view online:
