There are several ways to pay for parking with RingGo:
- via the app
- by calling the phone service
- by text message
- through the internet (either via a mobile or PC)
RingGo app
You can download the RingGo app from the App Store (Apple), Google Play Store (Android), or App Gallery (Huawei).
Automated phone service
To use the automated phone service, call the number on the sign when you want to park. RingGo will recognise your mobile phone number and ask you to:
- confirm the vehicle you want to park
- confirm the location where you want to park
- say how long you want to stay
- provide the security code from your registered payment card
Text to park
You can use the RingGo 'text to park' option by sending a text message to 81025.
Your message will need to begin with 'RingGo', followed by your location number, the length of time you want to park for, and the security code on your payment card. For instance, sending a message with 'RingGo 4140 2h 867' will park your nominated vehicle for 2 hours in the Linthorpe Road East area.
Always be aware of any time restrictions in the area you've chosen to park in.
