If you've made an online request, report, or claim before, you've probably already got a MyMiddlesbrough account. Your account saves your details, making it quicker to fill out forms, but your account can also be an invaluable source of local information. Using your address, we can tailor the information you see to where you live.

Your MyMiddlesbrough homepage
If you don't have an account already, you can create one now. To find out more about how to set up an account, watch the video below.
On your homepage
Under 'My requests' you can see any active requests you have with us, for example if you've reported a broken street light or a case of fly tipping.
Using the postcode listed in your account, your homepage will automatically show your next waste and recycling collection dates, and the Councillors for your ward. Your ward is shown at the top of the page.
The 'my nearest' box will let you see different places and services local to you, including the nearest schools, green spaces, and whether your road is on a winter gritting route.
If you want to report an environmental problem, 'Report It' shows you the problems which have already been reported in your area, so you can be assured that we're already working to fix them. If your problem isn't shown, you can click the 'Report an issue' button to go straight to the online reporting form.
Notifications
We're able to add notifications to your MyMiddlesbrough homepage which are relevant to your ward, for example if a polling station in your ward has moved. We can also add notifications which are relevant to everyone in the town, for example if we're experiencing problems with our phone lines and are unable to receive calls.
Your details
Because so many of the services on your homepage use your postcode to find the correct information, it's very important that you update your MyMiddlesbrough account if your address changes. Without the correct postcode, we won't be able to display the right information for where you live.
