The following services are included in the cremation fee:
- The scattering of cremated remains in the Garden of Remembrance (by appointment, during normal office working hours Monday to Friday)
- The temporary storage of cremated remains for one month after the cremation service
- The use of a chapel for a 30 minute service
- A cremation certificate
- Use of the organ (organist's fees are extra)
- The medical referee's fees
- An environmental charge (relating to mercury pollution from cremated remains)
- Up to 3 pieces of music, subject to availability (these must be appropriate and not offensive)
- All employee charges
