Our private works service is a project management service to help with your building and home improvement works. We can take away the stress and worry of organising work in your home, and we'll make sure that the work is carried out to a high standard. We'll only use contractors from our list, all of which have met certain standards.
As well as the cost of the works, you'll need to pay a small administration fee to us after the work is completed.
We will:
- visit you at home to discuss the work, but there is no obligation to go ahead with the work at this point
- design and plan the work
- get estimates from contractors for the work
- offer help and support with any practical matters while the work is in progress
- speak to the contractors on your behalf
- make sure the work has been completed to your satisfaction before any payments are made
