Our caseworker team provides comprehensive information and advice on home adaptations and equipment, to help you keep living independently in your own home.

Our support can include:

identifying grants and loans to help with a variety of home-related works
home assistant loans
advice on energy saving measures

Get in touch to find out how we can help. Our friendly staff are available from 8:30am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday), and 8:30am to 4:30pm (Friday).
